Welcome to Rise and Renew Wellness! We are an online counseling, life coaching, and Christian therapy practice in Arizona offering convenient appointments from the comfort of your own space. Decades of experience working with clients inform our approach to treat the whole person: mind, body and spirit. Grounded in evidenced-based and trauma-informed mental health practices, we provide holistic resources that empower people to rise into their purpose and find hope, balance, and resilience. Our Founder Rise and Renew Wellness was founded by Kelly Gutowski, a licensed clinical social worker and compassionate behavioral health leader with over 20 years of experience in mental health and counseling. Kelly's faith and heart for people has guided her diverse career—as a therapist, coach, associate pastor, leader, and mentor—always rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and flourish. Kelly's primary focus has been helping people overcome roadblocks to change using strengths-based, trauma- informed approaches to change their internal story to one of hope and healing. Kelly is passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and equipped to step into the life they were created for. Rise and Renew Wellness does not accept insurance, however you may request a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company if your plan has out of network benefits. Fees are due at time of services. Cancellations within 24 hours or no show to appointment will be responsible for the full service fee due.
