With evidenced based practices, resources and practical tools for wellness, we provide support to help individuals renew their minds, restore hope, and step boldly into the life they were meant to live. Our Founder Rise and Renew Wellness was founded by Kelly Gutowski, a licensed clinical social worker and compassionate behavioral health leader with over 20 years of experience in mental health and counseling. Kelly’s heart for people has guided her work as a therapist, coach, leader and mentor, always rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and flourish. Her expertise spans counseling, coaching, pastoral care, staff and volunteer development, and organizational leadership. Kelly is passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported and equipped to step into the life they were created for. Rise and Renew Wellness does not accept insurance, however you may request a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company if your plan has out of network benefits. Fees are due at time of services. Cancellations within 24 hours or no show to appointment will be responsible for the full service fee due.
